At W&S Business LLC, we care about your satisfaction and believe in fair, transparent service. Here’s how we handle refunds and cancellations:
When Refunds Are Available
You can request a refund if:
- We haven’t started the work yet
- No deliverables have been sent
- You cancel with enough notice (see below)
We’ll always try to resolve any issue first—whether that means a refund, credit, or fix.
When Refunds Are Not Offered
We do not offer refunds for:
- Completed services (like consultations, reports, or tax prep)
- Work that’s already started
- Time-based services that were delivered as scheduled
But if something didn’t go as expected, reach out—we’re happy to review it.
Deposits & Retainers
- Deposits are partially refundable if the project hasn’t started
- If work has begun, we may refund part of the unused time or cost
- Some retainers may be non-refundable (we’ll tell you upfront)
Cancellations
- Give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment
- Late cancellations may result in a fee or no refund of your deposit
- If we need to cancel, you’ll get a full refund or the option to reschedule
Not Happy with the Service?
Let us know within 7 days if you’re not satisfied. We’ll:
- Review what happened
- Offer revisions or fixes if possible
- Provide a refund or credit if appropriate
We want you to feel good about working with us.
How Refunds Work
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for processing
- Your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds
